• The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

• Refund will not include shipping costs.

• If preferred, the customer may exchange the returned product for another of equivalent value.

Return Tracking:
The customer will be able to track the shipment of the returned product until it arrives at our Distribution Center.

Cancellation of Purchase in Transit

If the customer cancels their purchase while the order is in transit, the order must be rejected at the time of delivery and returned to our Distribution Center.

After receiving and verifying the order, our Customer Service Center will contact the customer to define the conditions for returning the amount paid.
