
Refund Policy
Cancelling a purchase due to regret or dissatisfaction is only valid for orders placed on the Bletia website. Products purchased from resellers cannot be exchanged through the online store, and the customer must contact the place where the product was purchased directly.
The customer must notify our Customer Service Center of the cancellation of the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. After this period, the customer will be provided with a postal code valid for 14 (fourteen) days, free of shipping costs.
Return Conditions:
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, without any signs of use, alterations or modifications.
It is necessary to include the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document) and package the product according to the Post Office recommendations.
Analysis and Refund:
The product will be subjected to analysis by the Health Quality Control Department.
If any discrepancy or violation is identified in the product, the return will not be accepted, and the item will be sent back to the customer.
After approval in the analysis, our Customer Service Center will contact you to define the terms of the refund.
Refund Conditions:
The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refund will not include shipping costs.
If preferred, the customer may exchange the returned product for another of equivalent value.
